Welcome to The Zenith at Dove Valley, a spacious fully furnished home designed exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer.

Located in the gated Dove Valley Ranch community of Cave Creek, this tri-level, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers plenty of space to settle in and feel at home. Whether you're relocating, between homes, traveling for work, or simply looking for an extended stay in Arizona, the home is set up for comfortable everyday living.

Inside, you'll find a large kitchen and living area, a downstairs bedroom and dedicated office, and plenty of room to spread out. One of our favorite additions is the movie room, complete with two rows of reclining theater seats — perfect for movie nights at home.

Step outside to your private backyard overlooking the golf course, where you’ll find a pool, spa, covered patio, built-in BBQ area, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day by the pool. Pool heating is also available for an additional fee.

The home also includes a 3-car garage, laundry room, high-speed internet, and the everyday essentials needed for a longer stay.

This home is exclusively available for stays of 30 nights or longer.

This is a tri-level home with a few steps between each level (no more than approximately 3-4 steps at a time). We like to share this ahead of time so guests are familiar with the layout before booking.

This is a quiet residential community, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Parties, events, excessive noise, and other disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Overnight street parking is not permitted. Please plan to park all vehicles in the garage or designated areas permitted by the community.

The home is pet friendly with prior approval. A pet fee applies, so please reach out before booking if you'll be bringing a pet.

Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee. Please inquire for current pricing before your stay.
